1. Open the test image file you downloaded in your imaging programme.

2. Do NOT worry about what the image looks like on your monitor - it is not important for this part of the procedure.

3. DO NOT ALTER OR ADJUST THE IMAGE IN ANY WAY

4. Carry out a nozzle check procedure to ensure your printer is working correctly. There is no point in printing the test image unless you get a clean nozzle check !

5. Using your normal printing procedures and your choice of paper, go ahead and print the image on an A4 sheet (The image should fit comfortably on the page).
It is important that you use the print settings, both in the imaging programme and the printer driver, that YOU believe should result in a good print.
Depending on your level of expertise these settings may include selecting paper profiles and/or printer driver settings to suit your chosen media (paper). What is important is that you set everything the way that YOU think it should work !
It is a good idea to make a note of these settings so that you can discuss them with us later if you need to do so.
